Just because they have a big brain, some people think they know EVERYTHING. 🙂

-Opening a cell door and finding Professor Loomp reading in bed, Picknar said, “Professor Loomp! We’ve come to free you!” Loom looked up from the book they were reading and said, “What?” Picknar said, “Yeah. You did a brain-switcheroo experiment, and we need you to undo it.” Loomp looked thoughtful and said, “Wre you one of the Tiths in a Human body? And you’re still alive? Interesting.” Picknar said, “Thanks. Now hurry.” Hesitating, Thoos said, “But, I… well… hm. Yeah. Okay. Let’s go.” Crosssing their arms, Picknar said, “Is there a problem? You don’t seem very enthusiastic.” Getting down off the bed, Loomp said, “Well, I do want to escape, and I’ll come along happily… but I’ve already assessed that you probably didn’t do the proper research to accomplish your goal, so I’m hesitant about trusting your competence.” Annoyed, Picknar said, “What gave it away? That we’re entirely successful so far?” Thoos replied, “Key words, ‘so far.'”

You know what? Fair. And furthermore surprisingly insightful. XD
.
“And you’ve accounted for the deadly restrictive serum? You have an antidote?”
“The what?”
“I knew it!”
Why do I think that our Professor is going to be about as useful as a dead possum?
“And you’re still alive?”
So he expected they’d die. Unethical scientist, personal vendetta, or both?
He’s one to talk.
Huh… we didn’t actually see the professor after the whole switcheroo incident, did we? I wonder if “Professor Loomp” here also experienced some… side effects.
