Well, this weekend we’ll be done with Beulah, and on to other pastures. In sad news, after two fires we also had another issue: Bongo, one of the super-sweet cats we are sitting was having trouble breathing, and so we took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with lymphoma, with only a few weeks to live. We haven’t known him long, but we’re very sad. It’s been a stressful and difficult month, but also lovely: the town, the walks, the jalpeno poppers, and getting to know the two furry friends we’ve been watching over.
