Lasper said, “I also want you to know that I only did it because I had a significant reason: I was falling in love with Val. And you’ll have my full support in trying to switch bodies back. Because it’s what she wants. And also I want to help her get her body back because I think her body is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for being such a good steward of it.” Picknar pondered this a moment and then kissed him on the mouth. Lasper said, “As much as I appreciate the preview, that’s not what I meant by that comment.” Picknar said, “Wow. Kissing feels good in this body.”
