Oh right, Earth is a dark planet.” Thoos then said, “Laser mirror deflection was figured out ages ago. the law of refracturication allows modified lasers to shatter mirrors.” Knox asked, “Well-buffed steel?” Thoos said, “Melts ’em.” Knox said, “Ah,” and then said to Val, “Wait, didn’t you tell me at some point that there are these space pirates, Bollycks, who are laser proof?” Picknar said, “Yeah.” Knox said, “How is that possible?” Picknar said, “If anyone knows, they’ve taken the secret to their grave.” Knox said, “Ah. it’s that big a secret.” Picknar said, “No, it’s just that if you’ve met a Bollyck, then the next stop on your itinerary is the grave.”
