  1. I changed my mind. Don’t shake their hands. Pick their noses.

  2. Dealing with nobs is tiresome. Ignore them, look for the people in the shadows instead. I mean, seriously, these guys are much too dumb to run a country.

  3. Getting distracted, move on to the main subject.

  4. I agree, these guys do not run the country, they’re too stupid.

  5. Next time, Gorro, ask Julie to go back to town and get a competent adult or at ;east someone who knows how to argue to wear the burning death gloves, m’kay? Might’ve delayed this by a day or three.

  6. Foolish people… you’re not going to convince them, no matter what you say or do… just go after their yontengu!!

  7. These people are evil morons, but Julie’s stupidity eclipses theirs. Telling them where she is from was a monumental mistake. If she shows she has superpowers they will get serious about Siplonia. If she destroys their prize ditto again. She needed to remain an enigma.

Now if possible she needs to kill everyone in that room, even the blameless butler, and then get back to doing her job.

  8. Well, Julie’s young and idealistic; these people are jaded and clever. She’ll probably start figuring stuff out pretty quickly (she’d better!) and they probably won’t bother until it’s too late, so I think she will have the advantage.

  9. Aaaand were back to where that weird glitch left us

  10. Clearly idiots – they are short on soldiers, but they are going to imprison the entire population of Siplonia? Shut up a minute and _think_, Julie!

…unfortunately, stopping and thinking doesn’t seem to be her strong suit.

  11. I dunno, they sound perfectly reasonable to me. 🙂
