Hey, you people in the Seattle-Tacoma area!

I’ll be tabling at NORWESCON this Thur-Sat April 21-23! Come come on by. I’ll have a couple pieces in the art show and will be tabling in the artist area in these time slots:

Thursday 4-7
Friday 1-5
Saturday 2-6

See the SITE for full details, but the skinny: the con runs April 21-24, and it’s at the:
Doubletree Hotel, Seatac Airport (yes, you can take the light rail there)
18740 International Blvd.
Seatac, WA 98188

I can’t think of anything more to write about the Portland Stumptown Comic Fest, except that I had a lovely time. My friend, Indigo Kelleigh, who organizes the fest was interviewed on Outlook Portland, which you can watch on Youtube, pretty cool.

Also, Danielle has some sweet cards up on her site, for when you’ve screwed up. “I sowwy!”

Hope all is well with everyone. I’ve been very busy working hard, but it’s spring, and I’m feeling good and in a much better mind-frame than Pierrot. Whoot! :)

    I do like the way Krep warded off Pierrot’s gratitude at the end.

    And Pottybot’s excitement when Pierrot said he’d hold it was hilarious. As was his crushing disappointment in the next panel.

    @SeanK, heh, I really need to do a strip with some of their shows on the topic. πŸ™‚
    @Wakboth, thank you!!!
    @Jordan, see “bwah-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah!!!!” above. Heh.
    @Frank, unbreathable. These spacesuits allow the wearers to smell their surroundings. Oh, and the operational parts of the suits (in the belt and helmet maybe?) are pre-made, but the suits themselves are an easy syth.

    Well, unless Nogg pans back to the ship, it’s going to be there when they get back (if they get back, and don’t receive a message from Fiyena or the pottybot saying that Dustin escaped and commandeered the ship, in which case they’d probably have to hijack another vessel to get off-planet with Nogg). That, at least, is the usual outcome of this scenario (weak-willed, optimistic jailers keeping watch over villain-type prisoners while the cats are away).

    Oh, I don’t know. If Dustin starts wooing Fiyenna (unlikely) he might pull a Dimitri and get her to let him out. As it stands, though, standing up to Dustin might be a way for her to prove her devotion to Pierrot. Especially since he’s already locked up.

    @JKC: Even if he does get out, unless Christopher shows them escaping, it’s unlikely that he’ll take the ship out. It’s rare for heroes to come back and find their ship has gone without the audience seeing the ship leave first (“ship” referring to any means of transportation).
