As someone who still writes letters by hand, I can’t help but infuse my hobby into my stories sometimes.
I believe that it’s a nice, wide, gilded frame with rococo detailing. A frame to be proud of.
It has a planet’s gravity and a planet’s breathable atmosphere, so there!
It’s made of Brumblium.
And now I’m wondering what would happen if any of those mice happened to escape onto the planet.
Not much, being able to reproduce was not in the specs provided by the best captain ever.
With the tiny size of the “planetoid” and the inky-black starry sky, I definitely expected to see space suits worn in today’s SpaceTrawler. I guess perhaps Coyoty is right.

For someone so isolated, he sure has a horsedoctor’s dose of problems, doesn’t he? Not counting sandwiches and a strange mechanic showing up.
It’s interesting to watch his emotional journey, very different from what’s happening with everybody else. I get the impression he’s not over all the rough spots yet. Indeed, hasn’t hit the bulk of them. His infatuation with Alkyine is only the start. I wish him well. If only I didn’t recall Jimmy Johnson’s line: “The dog of love starts across the eight-lane highway of life.”
