I like how Thoos CONTINUES to stick their head in the vent, because that’s what we do, but with a wee bit more caution.

Looking down the vent, Thoos spoke into it and said, “Go on now, Purrloin. Go outside. Press the buttons.” Purrloin hissed in reply. Thoos asked Knox and Rodrigo, “Is licking herself and hissing normal?” They responded ,”Yes” in unison. Hearing a clank, Thoos brightened up and said, “That’s the other end opening!” Thoos went over to the window where Purrloin was just coming around the corner on the outside. Thoos said, “There she is! She’s gone out! First task accomplished! Ah, this brings back all the memories where I’ve gambled fortunes on whether or not non-sapient animals will do some random act or not.” Rodrigo said, “I’ll bet you a fortune that she’ll do it.” Thoos said, “You really think she will? And hey, if you lose and she doesn’t save us, we’ll likely be killed, or imprisoned for the rest of our lives. When will you pay me back?” Rodrigo turned to Knox and said, “Look out, Knox, the Tith is onto me.”

I’ll bet a fortune he doesn’t have a fortune to bet with. I can identify with that.
Um, will Thoos take a IOU?
Tired of coloring hundreds of puceberry jam jars yet? 😉
I think Chris has programmed up a Jam Jar Replicator function….. 😉
I bet the cat will sit on Button A and….take a bath! 😛
I can see how Thoos could lose a fortune in one sorry weekend. Never heard of a sucker bet before, have we?
