I’m confused: Thoos is in Audri’s body, so why is she sending instructions to the medibot on the other ship to straighten the hair on the body that’s in the first ship?
Rich people only enjoy an activity when it involves giving orders to inferiors that they expect to hop to it. It’s like Donnie Dumptruck giving orders to Iran even though he has turned into Iran’s step’n’fetchit.

Not really. Audri’s hair is with Thoos. Does Thoos’s ship not have a medibot of their own? It sound like Thoos is just trying to be intimidating like all rich people who have run out of leverage.
It’s not Audri’s human hair that Thoos wants to fix.

Oh, wait, I see. Audri in Thoos’s body is confused. Thoos is talking about Thoos’s body fur being fluffy now. The issue isn’t a black woman’s hair. Audri is not a black woman at the moment. It is about a hexapodal sheepdog hair. Excuse me for not remembering the name of that species. This is very confusing because it seems the characters themselves are talking at crossed purposes over different issues. Even Shakespeare ran into that problem in a couple of his plays.
Ah… that would be the line of confusion then. My intention with that phrasing was simply that Audri still identifies (at least partly) as a black woman, even in a Tith body. She also still identifies as a woman, even though Tith’s don’t have gender.

Oh, I can see this is going to generate LOTS of fun conflict and quite likely a goodly amount of personal abuse! Now I have to wonder: Will this state of affairs force Val and Picknar into an alliance to deal with this quadfurcated situation? I’m breathless in anticipation.
